These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Huva Academy website, courses, digital content, events, and services. By purchasing, enrolling in, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Huva Academy is an AI-first education and transformation platform based in Armenia and operating online and globally. We provide generative AI education, AI content, AI agents, and consulting services that help businesses and individuals integrate AI into their work.

We offer, among other things:
Self-paced (on-demand) online courses and digital learning materials
Live and cohort-based courses, workshops, and group programs
Consulting and custom AI services, including AI-agent development for businesses
Newsletters, community access, events, and related content
The specific features, format, duration, and price of each offering are described on the relevant product or checkout page at the time of purchase.
You must be at least 16 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to purchase or enroll. You are responsible for providing accurate information, for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for all activity under your account. Access to courses is personal and may not be shared, transferred, or resold.
Prices are displayed on the relevant page and include all applicable charges as required by law; any taxes or fees will be shown before you complete payment.
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless an installment or other arrangement is expressly offered.
Access to a course or program is granted after we confirm successful payment.
We may update prices and offerings at any time, but changes do not affect purchases already completed.
Your statutory rights as a consumer under the law of the Republic of Armenia apply in full and are not limited by this section. The following terms describe how refunds work for our services.
You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase, provided you have accessed no more than 20% of the course materials.
Our courses are digital content delivered immediately. By accessing the materials during this period, you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is lost once you have accessed more than 20% of the content or downloaded any materials.
No refund is available after 14 days from purchase, or once a certificate of completion has been issued — whichever occurs first.
100% refund if you cancel at least 3 calendar days before the program start date.
50% refund if you cancel before the second session takes place.
No refund once the second session has taken place or once more than 20% of the program has been delivered.
These services are governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work.
Deposits and fees for work already performed are non-refundable unless that agreement states otherwise.
To request a refund, email us at aiwithani@huva.io with your order details. We register every written request within 1 working day, provide an initial response within 3 working days, and resolve it within 30 days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 calendar days.
If we cancel or substantially reschedule a program, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to another program or cohort. If a service is found to be defective or not as described, you are entitled to the remedies provided by Armenian consumer law, including repair, a price reduction, or termination with a refund.
Unless stated otherwise on the product page, access to purchased materials is provided for the duration described at checkout. You are responsible for meeting the basic technical requirements (a suitable device and a stable internet connection). We may update or improve course content over time.
All course content, videos, materials, methods, templates, and branding are owned by Huva Academy or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws.
Upon purchase you receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the content for your own learning only.
You may not copy, record, download (except where expressly permitted), share, resell, publish, translate, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.
Trademarks, logos, and third-party tools or assets used in our materials remain the property of their respective owners.
When using our services, community spaces, or events, you agree to behave respectfully and lawfully. We may suspend or terminate access, without refund, if you share account access, distribute our content, harass others, or otherwise breach these Terms.
Where a certificate of completion is offered, it is issued upon meeting the stated completion requirements. Our certificates confirm participation and completion and are not an accredited or state-recognized qualification unless explicitly stated.
Our content is provided for educational purposes only. While we share practical methods and real experience, we do not guarantee any specific result, income, job, or business outcome, as these depend on factors beyond our control. Our services are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law, without warranties beyond those required by Armenian consumer legislation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Huva Academy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under the law of the Republic of Armenia, including your statutory consumer rights.
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use trusted third-party tools — such as analytics, communication, course, payment, and scheduling platforms — to deliver our services. Our website may link to third-party sites, for which we are not responsible.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, and your continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Changes do not apply retroactively to purchases already completed.
These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Armenia. We aim to resolve any complaint amicably and in line with the consumer-complaint timelines above. If a dispute cannot be resolved, it shall be subject to the competent courts of the Republic of Armenia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have.
