You have a few photos of an apartment and you want video out of them. No camera operator, no editing, without leaving your desk.
You open Claude, connect Higgsfield, upload the photos, and you get back a clip where the camera moves through the room. Ten minutes the first time. Two minutes after that.
You do not have to be a realtor. This works exactly the same if you rent your own place out, list it on Airbnb, or you are just doing a friend a favour.
The guide is short: connect it, use it, then how to make money with it.
Setup in 3 steps
You do this once. Five minutes, no code, no API key.
Add Higgsfield as a connector
In claude.ai, click your profile icon and go to Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector. Paste this URL:
Click Connect. A Higgsfield window opens, sign in and authorise. Come back to Claude and the connector is live. Same path works in Claude Desktop.
Set permissions to Always Allow
In the connector settings, set read and write permissions to Always Allow. Otherwise Claude asks for approval on every single generation and the flow breaks in ten places.
Verify the connection
Ask Claude: What is my Higgsfield credit balance? If it comes back with a real number from your account, you are connected. If it does not, disconnect the connector and connect again. That refreshes the token.
From photo to video
Upload the photos from the right place
This is where most people get stuck. Do not drag the photo into the Claude chat. Higgsfield cannot see chat attachments, they live inside Claude, not in Higgsfield storage.
Instead, type: I have room photos on my computer, open the Higgsfield upload widget. The Higgsfield upload window opens and you pick the files there. Up to 20 files at a time.
Describe the camera move, nothing else
In image to video, your photo becomes the first frame. You are not describing the room, the room already exists. You are describing how the camera moves through it.
Here is the rule that decides everything: explicitly forbid the model from changing the room. Without that instruction the model starts to "improve" things. Walls drift, furniture morphs, door frames bend. Anyone watching spots it within a second and the video reads as fake.
Pick the model
kling3_0_turbo: fast single start frame animation. Right choice for 90 percent of daily work.kling3_0: when you need more complex motion, multiple shots or audio.seedance_2_0: when detail consistency matters most and you want zero drift from the source photo.
If you do not name a model, Claude picks one. Naming it yourself gives you a predictable result, and predictable beats one lucky beautiful clip.
Format and length
9:16 for Reels, TikTok and Stories. 16:9 for your website, the listing page and YouTube. Five seconds per room is enough. Longer does not help, it just gives the model more room to make mistakes.
Run every room in one batch
Doing rooms one by one wastes your day. Upload all photos at once and say: Generate one clip per room in a single batch, same settings for all. Claude fires them in parallel, so five rooms take about as long as one.
Prompts, ready to paste
The first one is the master prompt. Paste it once and Claude runs the rest of the flow for you.
You are my real estate video producer.
For every room photo I give you:
1. Open the Higgsfield upload widget so I can select the photos from my computer.
2. Look at each photo and pick the ONE camera move that best sells that room.
3. Generate an image to video clip with model kling3_0_turbo, 5 seconds, aspect ratio 9:16, using my photo as the start frame.
4. In every prompt lock the room: camera movement only. Do not change geometry, furniture, materials, colours or lighting. No people, no new objects, no text.
5. Run all rooms in one batch, then show me the results side by side.
Do not ask me follow up questions unless a photo is unusable.Individual shots

Six checks. If even one fails, generate it again. A bad video does more damage than just posting the photo would have.
How to make money with this
Four ways. The first two if you already deal with property. The last two if you have nothing to do with it at all.
- A package per apartment. You are not selling one clip, you are selling a finished tour: 5 rooms, 5 clips, one edited video in vertical and horizontal. Fixed price per apartment.
- A monthly arrangement with an agency. Agencies add new apartments every month. Charge a monthly fee covering up to X apartments. That is recurring money instead of a one off job.
- Airbnb and Booking, straight to the host. Open Airbnb or Booking in your city and find places with decent photos and no video at all. Take one of their own public photos, make a 5 second clip from it, and message the host directly: "This is from your listing, free. If you like it I can do the other rooms too." The result sells itself, you are not pitching, you are showing. You can offer a paid package or a collab: the video in exchange for a free night, a discount, or a credit on your page.
- The same thing in other niches. Hotels, short term rentals, interior designers, furniture showrooms and construction companies all buy this. They all have photos and no video.
