Claude as your whole social team.

AM Ani Mkrtchyan 6 min read Updated June 2026

Social media is a data game, not an inspiration game. The moment Claude can see your real numbers, which post got saved, which reel lost people at second three, where your followers actually live, it stops handing you generic advice and starts predicting what you should post next. Windsor is the bridge that gets those numbers to Claude.

There is one catch. Instagram is not in Claude’s connector list. Neither is TikTok. Without Windsor, Claude writes what generally works on the internet, not what works on your account. Windsor opens 350+ sources through a single connection, and Instagram and TikTok are both in there.

Part 1

The setup: 10 minutes

Step 1Open a Windsor account

Go to windsor.ai, sign up, open the onboarding page. The free plan is enough to start.

Step 2Connect your accounts

Pick your sources from the list and grant access. The ones you need:

  • instagram: your organic Instagram account
  • tiktok_organic: your TikTok account
  • googleanalytics4: your website, if you have one
Step 3Add Windsor inside Claude

Open Connectors in Claude’s settings, find Windsor, connect it. Test it with one sentence: “Show me which accounts are connected in Windsor.” If Claude lists your pages, you are live.

Part 2

What data you actually get

01Instagram

  • Account level: reach, views, new followers per day, follows and unfollows, profile link taps
  • Post level: reach, saves, shares, comments per post, and how many new followers that specific post brought in
  • Reel level: average watch time, total watch time, and skip rate, the share of viewers who leave in the first 3 seconds
  • Story level: reach, replies, exits, taps forward and taps back
  • Audience: country, city, age, gender
  • Comments: full text, likes, reply counts

The single most useful field: is skip rate. It tells you what percentage of viewers leave in the first 3 seconds. That is an exact score for your hook, with no guesswork attached.

02TikTok

Your organic account connects through tiktok_organic, your ad account through tiktok. You get video views, watch time, engagement, follower growth and profile metrics, in the same shape as Instagram.

03Everything else

Windsor carries 350+ sources. The ones that matter for a creator business: Google Analytics 4, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Search Console, Google Sheets, Stripe, Shopify, HubSpot.

The real power: is cross channel analysis. Instagram alone tells you which post got views. Instagram plus Google Analytics tells you which post sent people to your site and got them to sign up. The second one is your business number.

Part 3

Six prompts you can copy

01 · Weekly diagnostic
Using the Windsor instagram connector, pull every post from the last 30 days with these fields: media_caption, media_type, timestamp, media_reach, media_saved, media_shares, media_follows, media_engagement.

Calculate saves / reach and shares / reach for each post. Sort by saves / reach.

Show me the top 5 and the bottom 5 in a table. Then in one paragraph, tell me what the top 5 have in common that the bottom 5 do not.
Reach is the algorithm’s decision. Save rate and share rate are the human’s decision. The second one predicts next month’s growth.
02 · Hook test
Using the Windsor instagram connector, pull my reels from the last 60 days with these fields: media_caption, media_reel_skip_rate, media_reel_avg_watch_time, media_reach.

Split them into two groups: skip rate below 50 percent, and skip rate above 50 percent.

For each group, extract the first sentence of the caption. Tell me the structural difference between the hooks in the two groups. Then write 5 new hooks using the pattern from the low skip rate group.
This is the only way to actually measure a hook. Without this field you are judging hooks by view count, which is the algorithm’s answer, not the viewer’s.
03 · Format comparison
Using the Windsor instagram connector, pull posts from the last 90 days with these fields: media_type, media_reach, media_saved, media_follows, media_engagement, week_day.

Group by media_type (REEL, CAROUSEL_ALBUM, IMAGE) and by week_day.

Show me which format brings the most new followers per post, and on which days. Then propose a posting schedule for the next 2 weeks based only on these numbers.
The followers per post field is not available for reels. So tell Claude explicitly: score reels on reach and saves, score carousels and images on followers gained.
04 · Audience map
Using the Windsor instagram connector, pull audience_country_name, audience_country_size, city, audience_city_size, audience_gender_age_name, audience_gender_age_size.

Show me what percentage of my followers are in each country, which cities, and which age and gender group dominates.

Then tell me: is my content from the last 30 days speaking to that group, or to a different one? Back it up with the captions.
This decides your language, your posting time and your topics. If half your followers are abroad, your content strategy has to be a different one.
05 · Funnel check
Use two Windsor connectors: instagram and googleanalytics4.

From Instagram, pull profile_links_taps and media_profile_visits for the last 30 days, by date. From Google Analytics, pull sessions for the same period where the source is instagram, plus conversions.

Build the funnel: reach → profile visit → link tap → website session → signup. Show me where the biggest drop off is, and propose one fix for that step.
This is where content stats turn into business numbers. High reach and zero signups means the problem is not the content, it is the profile or the landing page.
06 · Comment cleanup
Using the Windsor instagram connector, find every comment from the last 7 days that I have not replied to. Group them by topic. Draft one reply per group in my voice: short, direct, no corporate tone.

Show me the drafts in a table before sending anything.
Windsor is not one directional. Once you approve, Claude can send the replies itself. That is an hour saved every week.
Part 4

What to actually target on TikTok

View count is not a goal. Here are five that are controllable, and that you can point Claude at.

  1. Watch percentage, not view count. The main input to TikTok’s algorithm is how much of your video people watch. On a 30 second video, target above 60 percent.
  2. View to follower conversion. Measure how many new followers one video brings per 1,000 views. This tells you whether you are giving value or just stealing attention.
  3. Format repeatability. One viral video is luck. The goal is finding the format where 4 out of 5 videos beat your average.
  4. First 3 second retention. Ask Claude to compare the openings of videos that held the viewer against the ones that did not.
  5. Posting frequency ceiling. Find the number of weekly posts after which your average reach starts dropping. More is not always better.
Part 5

Claude can write, not just read

For Instagram, Windsor also exposes write actions: image post, carousel, video, story, comment reply, and hiding or deleting a comment. Analysis to publishing, in one window.

Quick summary

  • Instagram and TikTok do not connect to Claude directly, but they do through Windsor.
  • Setup is 10 minutes: Windsor account, connect your sources, add Windsor in Claude’s connectors.
  • The most valuable fields are not reach. They are saves, shares, followers gained per post, and reel skip rate.
  • Instagram plus Google Analytics turns content stats into a picture of actual sales.
  • Claude can also publish and reply to comments, not only read.
