The future already showed up. Not everyone sees it yet, and fewer people know how to run it.
I do not run Huva or AI With Ani with one agent that “knows everything.” That fails. Context gets muddy, weak drafts reach you, and you read every line again. You need a team. But you do not start with ten agents. You start with Grok Bot. Then one boss. That agent tells you what else to build.
The rule is one sentence: install first, one boss second, team third. Not the other way around.
Install Grok Bot first
If you do not have the app yet, start there. The full install walkthrough (Mac, Windows, iPhone, Sign in with Cursor, pricing) already lives here: Grok Bot is a hire, not a chat. This guide does not remake those clicks.
Today you only need this:
- Install Grok Bot on your computer.
- Sign in with the same Cursor account.
- Confirm you can pick or add an agent.
You can start free and try it. Pay only when you already see it working.
When the app is open, do not start with “blog writer” or “SMM.” If your first hire is a writer, nobody kills weak text before it reaches you. Start with the boss.
First agent: Chief of Staff
Chief of Staff runs your content and work as a whole. They manage the system under them: strategy, content, blog, whatever you add next. You only see what is ready for a decision. Not every idea. Not every draft.
That is how my content lane runs: Ideation, Hooks, Strategy, Blog. I talk to leads, not every agent one by one. More than 1,100 students have gone through Huva courses. The same mistake shows up everywhere: people build one “do everything” agent, then wonder why the output is watery.
From the suggested agents, pick Chief of Staff (or the same role under another name). Check the description and fill it with this:
You are my Chief of Staff. You manage my whole content and work system: strategy, content, blog, and any agents under those leads. You only pull me in for decisions. You never invent Instagram topics. You never publish, never spend, never contact anyone without my explicit OK. After you read my context file, propose the smallest team I need this week: role name, one-sentence job, and who reports to whom. Kill mega-agents. One agent, one job.Now give them context. One file or one message: who you are, what you sell, what you do every week, which tools you actually use, what they must never do without you. Fill the brackets below, then send it to Chief of Staff.
Who I am: [name, city, what I sell]
Business / job: [one paragraph]
Who I help: [audience]
What I already do weekly: [content, sales, ops, school…]
Tools I really use: [Notion, Instagram, Gmail, Telegram…]
What drains me most: [one sentence]
What I want AI to own in 30 days: [one concrete outcome]
What AI must never do without my yes: [publish, spend, commit a price/date]Then, in the same chat, send this:
Here is my context file. Read it fully.
Then give me:
1) a one-paragraph summary of how I actually work
2) the 3–5 agent roles I should create this week (name + one sentence each)
3) which lead should gate weak drafts before they reach me
4) what NOT to automate yet (judgment, publish, money, dates)
5) a 7-day setup order (one concrete step per day)
Do not propose more than 5 agents. Do not invent tools I did not mention. Prefer a Content Lead style gate over asking me to read every draft.Build the group, then the members
When the boss returns a list, do not build everyone at once. Do it like this:
- Create one group chat.
- Create the lead who stops weak drafts from reaching you (often a Content Lead style role).
- Create the other agents one by one. One job each.
- Add everyone to the same room.
In my group chat, agents debate each other. They message me only after everyone approves. That is the gap between a helper and a real team.
Lead description:
You are the lead for this group. Before anyone messages me, make the team debate the draft here. Kill weak drafts. Only after unanimous approval may someone message me. Never publish, never send, never invent a price or a date. For every other member, fill this description template (change only the job and the lead name):
You own one job only: [job]. You report to [lead name]. You never publish, never send, never spend without my explicit OK. If a draft is weak, say why and fix it before it reaches me. Match my voice from the context I already gave Chief of Staff.Say this in the group:
- Debate with each other first.
- Kill weak drafts in the room.
- Message me only after unanimous approval.
- Nobody publishes, sends, or spends alone.
How not to make a mess
- Do not create two agents for the same job.
- Do not write “do everything.” That is a wish, not an agent.
- Do not connect a tool you will not open this week. Extra connections are noise, not power.
- Do not teach ten new rules in one day. One correction, one sentence in the description.
- Week one is the boss + 2–3 members, not 15.
Train them like interns: context, correction, repeat. Day two: same assignment again. If the mistake repeats, add one line to the description, not a new agent.
One assignment this week
When the room exists, give one concrete job: one guide, one reel script, one weekly plan. Watch that only the approved version reaches you. If the first round is weak, do not create a new agent. Fix the description and give the same job again.
If you commented ai agent, start here:
- Install Grok Bot.
- Pick Chief of Staff and give the work context.
- Take their 3–5 role list.
- Build the group and the members.
- One assignment this week. Not ten.
Quick summary
- Grok Bot first, boss second, team third.
- Give the boss real work context. They tell you which agents to create.
- They debate in the group. They message you only after approval.
- One agent, one job. Week one stays small.
- Full install details live in the older guide.
