In 30 days you could be exactly where you are now. Writing the same emails by hand, answering the same questions, rebuilding the same ad from scratch.
Or you could use those 30 days to learn AI properly, automate your work, build your own AI agents, tools and a website, and put your ad process on autopilot.
Teaching AI, I've noticed one thing: the people whose work really changes don't find a secret prompt. They build one small thing every day, for their real work.
Think of your agents as new hires. On day one they know nothing about your business. Every day you teach them something, they take more work off your plate. This plan is their first month on your team.
So here is the full plan, nothing hidden. 30 days, 30 to 60 minutes a day, no coding. By day 30 you have six working AI agents, one automated ad workflow and a small website.
Two roads
Road 1
Do it yourself
Take this plan and follow it for 30 days. Everything is below: all 30 days, prompts included. You only need discipline, and patience when something breaks.
Road 2 · Recommended
Do it with us
In Your Team of AI Agents we walk the same path, but systematically: step by step, week by week. You get ready blueprints for all 6 agents, LIVE support and a community that keeps you going to the end. Lessons are in Armenian. Next cohort starts October 26.
I recommend the second road because alone, you lose most of your time at the points where you get stuck. With us, someone is right there at that moment to show you what to fix, and you keep going.
If you're taking the first road, here are your 30 days.
Before day 1
- Claude account. The free plan is enough to start. Claude Pro ($20/month) makes agent work much smoother, and you need it for Claude Code in week 4.
- ChatGPT account for images, plus a Google account (Sheets, Gmail) and Telegram.
- 30 to 60 minutes a day, at the same time every day. Put it in your calendar now.
- Working English. Tool interfaces are in English. You can still write to the AI in Armenian.
Foundations: your cofounder and your assistant
This week you stop using AI like a search engine and start giving it context. That is the whole difference between generic answers and an assistant that actually knows your business.
Open your Claude and ChatGPT accounts. Then write down 10 tasks you repeat every week that eat your time: emails, reports, posts, answering the same questions.
⏱ 30 min · You end with: the list you will automate this month.
Learn the Role, Goal, Context, Output format structure. Take 3 tasks from your list and write a prompt for each one in this shape.
Role: You are [who the AI should be].
Goal: [what I want, in one sentence].
Context: [who I am, my business, my audience, what I already tried].
Output format: [list / table / email / 5 options, length, language].
Before you answer, ask me up to 3 questions if something is missing.⏱ 40 min · You end with: 3 prompts that give answers for your work, not generic ones.
Write one page about you and your business: what you do, for whom, prices, what makes you different, your problems right now. This page becomes the memory of every agent you build.
⏱ 45 min · You end with: one page of context you will reuse for 30 days.
Create a Project in Claude, attach your "About me" doc and paste this into the project instructions.
You are my cofounder and strategy partner for [business].
Use the attached "About me" doc as your memory of my business.
Your job:
1. Challenge my ideas. Tell me what could go wrong before what could go right.
2. When I ask for research, separate facts, assumptions and guesses.
3. End every answer with one concrete next step I can do today.
Rules: be direct, no flattery, ask before assuming numbers.
If I write in Armenian, answer in Armenian.⏱ 45 min · You end with: an agent that knows your business and argues with you.
Give it a question you actually need to decide now: a new service, a price, a competitor, a market. Ask for research and a one page summary.
⏱ 40 min · You end with: a one page brief and a clear next step.
A second Project for priorities, meeting prep, turning notes into tasks and drafting follow up emails. Every morning, paste your messy list and get back an ordered plan.
⏱ 45 min · You end with: an assistant that organizes your day in 5 minutes.
Give both agents real tasks from this week. Write down every bad answer, then fix the instructions that caused it.
⏱ 30 min · You end with: 2 smarter agents and a list of what you changed.
Your voice, your customers, your competitors
Collect 10 things you wrote yourself: posts, emails, messages. Let AI describe how you write.
Here are 10 things I wrote: [paste].
Study how I write and create my voice card:
1. Sentence length and rhythm
2. Words and phrases I use often
3. Words I never use
4. How I open and how I end
5. Three example lines that sound exactly like me
Don't praise my writing. Describe it.⏱ 40 min · You end with: a voice card you will attach to every content task.
New Project with your voice card and "About me" doc. Ask it to plan two weeks of posts plus one newsletter or email sequence.
⏱ 45 min · You end with: a 2 week content plan written in your voice.
Write them with the agent, then edit. Every time you fix the same thing twice, add a rule to the voice card.
⏱ 60 min · You end with: 3 posts and 1 email ready to publish.
Go through your DMs and emails. Collect the 20 questions people ask most and write your approved answer to each, with prices and links.
⏱ 45 min · You end with: an FAQ doc that becomes your support agent's brain.
Create the agent with your FAQ attached, then test it on 10 real questions from your inbox.
You answer customer questions for [business].
Answer ONLY from the attached FAQ and price docs.
If the answer is not there, say you will check with the team and ask for their contact.
If the question is unclear, ask one clarifying question first.
Hand off to a human when: [refunds, complaints, custom deals].
Tone: warm, short, like a real person. Match the customer's language.⏱ 60 min · You end with: a support agent that passed 10 real questions.
Open the public Meta Ad Library. Pick 3 competitors and save 10 to 15 active ads into a Google Sheet: hook, offer, format, how long it has been running.
⏱ 45 min · You end with: a competitor ad sheet.
Give the sheet to a new agent and ask for patterns and a plan.
Here is a sheet of my competitors' public ads: [paste].
1. Group the ads by hook, offer and format.
2. Which angles repeat most? Which ones nobody uses?
3. Give me 5 ad campaign ideas for [my product].
4. Build a simple test plan: 3 ads, what we test, what counts as a winner.⏱ 45 min · You end with: 5 campaign ideas and a test plan.
Creatives, ad automation, one connected workflow
Your creative director: from a brief to a storyboard and image prompts.
You are my creative director for [brand].
From a brief, you produce:
1. The core idea in one sentence
2. A 4 frame storyboard (what we see, what text is on screen)
3. An image prompt for each frame, in English, with style, light and composition
Brief: [product, audience, goal, one angle from my test plan]⏱ 45 min · You end with: a creative agent and your first storyboard.
Take one frame and generate it in ChatGPT or the image tool you already use. Iterate at least 3 times. Write down what changed the result.
⏱ 60 min · You end with: one finished visual for a real ad.
Write every step: research, idea, creative, ad text, launch, report. Next to each step, write which agent does it and what is still manual.
⏱ 30 min · You end with: a one page map of your ad workflow.
Content agent writes the text, creative agent writes the visual brief, both for the 3 ads in your test plan. Save everything in your Google Sheet.
⏱ 45 min · You end with: 3 ready ad variations in one sheet.
In n8n: a new row in your Sheet (product + angle) triggers Claude or GPT to write ad text and put it back in the Sheet.
Honestly: this is the hardest day of the plan. Calling Claude or GPT from n8n needs an API key, and API usage is billed separately from your subscription. Small amounts for testing, but it is a cost. Expect two sessions.
⏱ 60+ min · You end with: ad text that writes itself when you add a row.
Create a bot with BotFather and connect it to your support agent through n8n. Send it your 10 test questions.
⏱ 60 min · You end with: a Telegram bot that answers from your FAQ.
Run one full chain: cofounder picks the angle, content agent writes, creative agent makes the brief and prompts, everything lands in the Sheet.
⏱ 45 min · You end with: one ad idea taken from zero to ready by your agents.
Your own tool, your website, the result
Install Claude Code (comes with Claude Pro). Ask it to build one small useful tool, for example a price calculator for your service, and to explain every step.
⏱ 60 min · You end with: a tool you made yourself, without writing code.
Cofounder agent plans the structure, content agent writes the copy in your voice. Save it as copy.md.
⏱ 45 min · You end with: the full text of your website.
Build a one page website for [business] as a single HTML file.
Sections: hero with one clear promise, who it's for, 3 services,
3 results or testimonials, FAQ, contact button to [Telegram or Instagram].
Use the copy from copy.md. Mobile first. Clean and fast, no frameworks.
Explain each step to me like I have never coded.⏱ 60 min · You end with: version 1 of your website.
Check it on your phone, fix what looks off, then ask Claude Code to walk you through a free way to put it online.
⏱ 60 min · You end with: a live link you can send to clients.
Give each agent 5 hard cases: angry customer, vague request, missing information. Log every failure.
⏱ 45 min · You end with: a fix list for all 6 agents.
Fix the instructions. For each agent, write a short page: what it does, what to give it, what to check.
⏱ 45 min · You end with: a playbook for your AI team.
Post your 30 days: what you built, before and after, what surprised you. Tag @aiwithani, I read them.
⏱ 30 min · You end with: public proof of what you can now do.
What changed, and what's next
How many hours a week did you get back? Which agent do you use every day, and which one never? What is still manual?
⏱ 30 min · You end with: a one page review of your month.
Pick 3 things to automate next. Block 30 minutes every week to update your agents, because they only stay smart if you keep feeding them.
⏱ 30 min · You end with: your plan for month two.
After 30 days you have
- 6 working agents: cofounder, personal assistant, content, support, ad research, creative.
- One ad workflow from research to ready ads, partly automated.
- A support bot in Telegram.
- Your own tool and a live website, built with Claude Code.
- A habit of building, not just saving prompts.
Start today, not on Monday
Open a note and write your 10 repeat tasks. That's day 1. Tomorrow is day 2. In 30 days you will look at your work and barely recognize it.
Alone or with us, just start. And when you finish week 1, tell me on @aiwithani.
